Hodgman - Kansas City Zoo, June 2001

On June 13, 2001 we attended the FOTZ Picnic at the Kansas City Zoo

On our way into the Zoo. The Zoo was open to FOTZ members only; as you can see, it's not very crowded.

The baby camel was born on May 30, the day Thomas went to the Zoo with his second grade class from Briarwood Elementary.

We took a tour on the Zoo Train.

We wanted to see the new white alligators but ran out of time. Thomas had already seen them with his second grade class.

There are over 200 of these painted cows around Kansas City as part of a special art project called Cow Parade.
